But I got rid of it this evening.
Slick doctor really slipped it out of my sedated gum with the greatest of ease.
Got me a strip of painkiller, just in case I can't bear the pain once the sedatives went off.

Have you ever read a book titled "Fingerprints of the Gods"?
In that book, Graham Hancock supposed that mankind is taking turns of existing and vanishing. He suggested that every generation begins just like what we know as the "Stone Age", increasingly evolved to a more and more advanced age. At some point, the generation ended probably by some global-sized disaster. Learning from previous generations, it is possible that one generation before us already prepared to pass their knowledge and message to us, the future generation. That generation probably has used advanced technology to save some message to us.
What makes it freaky is the fact that we might be living in the final phase of a generation.

Yes, quite often we put expectations into things we don't have control over.
We also wish to change the world but never know how.
This book contains ideas on how should you change that.

Some say, free will is not about having many options. Free will is more like having free right to choose among the available groups of options. Most of the time, these groups are, one - the good group, consists of options that you know by your heart that should you choose it, it would lead to goodness; and two - the bad one.
There's also something about consequences, but it's another story.
You know everybody is good at something, professionally speaking.
I myself am a project manager. I do lots of planning, directing executions, and control the progress on a routine basis. Somehow it feels like a regular breathing of the air.
But when it comes to do the planning for your own life...
